When electronically shared with the Combined Hazards Book, Home Energy Rating System (HERS) and signed by your client, the separate signature/report file allows you to comply with mandated California disclosure requirements.  Additionally, the separate signature and Earthquake Hazards Report page permit the buyer or seller to review the Combined Hazards Book on their monitor instead of printing all 112 pages, which makes good, green sense for everyone.

We can save millions sheets of paper each year if agents choose to use ePUBS® for zipForm®.  C.A.R. is proud to join the efforts towards greening California and hope that you’ll help us, too. Go Green!
